We are extremely proud and very excited to announce that Nutrigums has partnered with a superbly run adult disability respite service called New Horizons. At Nutrigums we are totally committed to supporting our community, which is why we have teamed up this fantastic service to support them with new equipment to provide more comfort for their clients whilst enjoying their care services.
New Horizons is an approved provider of Adults Respite & Home Care Services. Established to support the development and delivery of sustainable services for people with specials needs and their families. Our aim is to ensure that people have a real choice of services offering unique solutions to each individual’s requirements.
New Horizons Support Services offers a range of support packages for individuals and families who require social care. These services include supported holidays, support services including a sitting service, 1-1 community support, crisis & transition support, activity weeks/ sessions and Life skills training packages among others.
Mission statement: New Horizons is committed to providing individualised support services for people with physical, developmental or social impairments, enabling them to live independent and productive lives.
